1966 Born in Fukushima city, Fukushima prefecture
1982 Received Seishonen Ikuei Award and Fukushima Shicho (Mayor) Award at
the 36th Fukushima prefecture Sogo Bijutsu-ten (General Art Exhibition),
and again in 1983
1992 Graduated from Tokyo University of the Arts, Fuculty of Fine Arts, Japanese
Painting Course
1994 Completed the Master Course at Tokyo University of the Arts Graduate
School
1998 Received Grand Prize at the 4th Furusato Fukei Exhibition held at Kitakata
City Museum of Art
1999 Received Semi New Artist Award at the 2nd ARTBOX New Artist Award in
Japanese / Oil Painting and Block Print
Received Yushu-sho (Outstanding Performance Award) at the 3rd
Echigoyuzawa National Painting-for-Children Exhibition held at Yuzawa
